That Swedish nobody

Rafael Nadal's unbeaten run at the French Open is now part of its history. The four-time defending champion lost against Robin Söderling from Sweden in the fourth round, putting an end to Rafa's records with his hard serve and booming forehand. In fact, the Swedish guy just took the match to Nadal. If you look at the match stats, Söderling just went for it as he had said the day before. He made a lot of winners, he made a lot of errors, too. And it was an interesting strategy for playing Nadal, no doubt about it.
But there is something else: Nadal is usually a very respectful player on the other side of the net. Söderling is, nevertheless, one of the few players he has an issue with. If you still don't know why, check out who started the war...

Youtube is full of better ways to impersonate Nadal. Söderling, however, imitated Nadal`s picking habit in a very rude way; he wasn´t even funny. I guess money does not give that Swedish nobody either any class as a joker or the education he didn't receive as a child. I would like to remember Robin Söderling simply as a good Swedish tennis player who ended Rafael Nadal's remarkable unbeaten run in Paris, but that's not possible because all that comes to my mind when I hear Söderling is a cheap bookshelf that I bought at Ikea some years ago.
